"supporter" is a one-time payment that supports project development. it is not a subscription - there are no recurring charges, and future paid product features will be described separately.
the whole web service is currently free and project support is recorded immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. by paying, you agree to immediate processing of the payment.
if you were charged in error or a feature genuinely doesn't work, email support@voidash.com (include your inbox and the transaction id) and we'll review it case by case. payments are handled by the provider you chose: cards and PayPal by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record, crypto by a crypto service or a direct transfer, and donations by the relevant platform; that provider's buyer terms also apply. note that direct crypto transfers are irreversible by nature.
